Real numbers, not a request form. Every rate is quoted per night, and every stay includes breakfast and dinner.

Per night, per tent
Rates are quoted in US dollars per tent per night. They shift across peak, shoulder, and low season — your proposal will reflect the rate for your specific dates. The property has fifteen tents total: six Deluxe, seven Luxury, and two Family Safari Tents.

Children and Infants
No age restriction, and cots are available. An extra child charge applies for ages 3 to 11, shown above for each tent category.

Accommodation
A safari canvas tent for the length of your stay, Deluxe, Luxury, or Family depending on what you book.
Dining
Breakfast and dinner, included daily. Packed lunch is available on request for full-day excursions.
The Grounds
The pool, the hot tub, and every lounge across the property, five of them within the Elephant Vista Lounge and Restaurant alone, including the rooftop with its view over the Nile. A gift shop sits among them, stocked with local crafts and locally designed clothing alongside lodge-branded shirts and sweatshirts, so a souvenir can mean either one: something curated and specific to this place, or something that simply says you were here. None of it requires a booking or a request. Concierge support is simply part of being here, arranging a detail, answering a question, or pointing you toward whatever the day calls for.

Build Your Stay
The rate above covers the tent and the table. Everything else — the hours spent out in the bush, the small comforts waiting back at the tent, what's poured at the bar in the evening — is built around you rather than bundled in advance. Tell us what you want when you enquire, and it arrives priced into the same proposal as everything else, not tacked on after the fact.
Activities
Dust rising behind the vehicle on a game drive. The low grunt of hippos carrying across open water on a Nile boat safari. A guided walk close enough to the ground to notice what a vehicle only ever drives past. A morning spent tracking chimpanzees through Budongo Forest. All four are available individually, or built directly into your stay.

WiFi at your own tent, for the moments the day still needs to reach somewhere else. Turn-down service, so the tent is ready before you are. Dinner moved to your own deck, if the company you're keeping is better than a crowd. Extra housekeeping and laundry, for whenever the trip runs longer than the bag you packed for it. An oscillating fan is also available for any tent category on request.
Drinks
Charged individually at the bar, from the house Oasis Waragi to the last round after dinner, or covered entirely by an all-inclusive drinks package for $50 per night, added for the full stay or any part of it.
